The Bounce Back Spinal Stability Program is designed from current evidence to help improve patients with back or neck pain. It is very specific because it teaches motor relearning and spinal stabilising muscle function. The program teaches movement patterns that become “forgotten” when you suffer a recent pain episode, recurrent episodes of back pain or just poor posture habits.
The program runs 1hr a week over 8 weeks and improves functional core strength and control with structured exercises to suit all levels of ability and fitness, from patients with significant spinal pain to post-surgical patients and elite athletes.
Why is this course better than other rehabilitation courses? It’s because this course is currently involved in the longest study in the world on this type of rehabilitation program with results to back it up.
